Remember: Find the digit you want to round and look at the digit just to the right of it.
If that digit is less than 5, do not change the rounding digit but change all digits to the right of the rounding digit to zero.
If that digit is greater than or equal to 5, add one to the rounding digit and change all digits to the right of the rounding digit to zero.
The digit in the Hundreds place is 9. This is the place you want to round. Next, look at the digit one place to the right of 9. It is 5.
Now, 5 is greater than or equal to 5. So, add 1 to the rounding digit and change all digits to the right of the rounding digit to zero. Therefore, 1950 rounded off to the nearest Hundreds is 2000.
